I wish I could give this a top review, I just cannot. The inlet hose provided, I'm pretty sure is the wrong part. It will not thread properly and leaks profusely. Did they send me a used product and throw in the wrong part? It connects to the sink with the adapter perfectly, no leaks there. Also, all the photos show this not being hooked up to the sink....this is a NOT ACCURATE AT ALL. Manual states clearly, cannot manually fill, MUST USE SINK CONNECTION. THAT is complete false advertising. I have a portable countertop dishwasher that give you the option of fill or hose connection. There is a PROPER inlet area to fill the dishwasher - no sink connection needed and it works BEAUTIFULLY - that was my hope for this item, but all the photos are a complete fabrication. I'm bringing the hose to Home Depot in the hopes of getting advice, but beyond that, I may need to return to Walmart. DISGUSTED with the lack of information and for being provided a defective part.

I love this machine! It was incredibly easy to set up and it's super quiet and does a great job. I like it much more than the full-size Whirlpool washing machine that's in my house, which is actually what led me to researching smaller washing machines for doing smaller loads of clothing vs dealing with the quirks that the Whirlpool puts me through each time. Also, your customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend this washer!

I'm new to tie dying and live in a mobile home where I have to use the community laundry room. Having this spin dryer at home helps to wring out my fabrics after they soak and before I dye them. I'm not 100% in love with this Ninja for me. Before, I would soak my fabrics in a 5 gallon bucket of water and soda ash. After 30 mins I would hand wring them out and hang them in my shower to damp dry. Very messy and stooping over a bucket is not ideal in the long run. I was hoping this would be a smoother and faster procedure, but transferring the wet fabric into the Ninja is sloppy. (Not Ninjas fault.)
The spout leaks as soon as the first item goes in, even when turned off. So there has to be a bowl under it at all times. The floor still gets wet.
Balancing the load might take a few tries like everyone else has said.
For fresh washed clothes the Ninja would be awesome. For my application I should have gotten a spin dryer with a long hose for the discharge (that I reuse) and a long electric cord so it could sit in the shower and do it's job.
For now it's kind of a sloppy mess

I purchase this AI dryer and it’s had continuously been use for a little more than year , I love it, it dries well just do not over loaded I’ve love it I don’t have to use public laundry at the RV park I live in full time anymore.
I have a ninja spin machine and portable washer and that I bought from this company true Amazon 3 years ago.
I’m now replacing them with the AI Washer they still in good working condition I just want some this more simpler,
I just order the AI Washer to pair up with my Favorite AI dryer.
I just hope that I like the washer as much as I love my dryer.,
I highly recommend the AI Beyond to anyone who has a lack of space for a big size dryer , it takes time to figure out drying setting but it’s not really complicated.
buy it you won’t regret it !

It works really well. I'm writing this review cautiously, however,because the lid seems flimsy.The only thing I don't like is the clothes come out exceptionally wrinkled.
