The Nina Soft has worked out great for me. My clothes indeed come out soft, the dryer is quiet - comparable to a fan - and the drying is fast. It's light enough to move around easily. I love that it doesn't use heat and so there's no lint and it doesn't degrade my laundry. It also doesn't burden my electric bill, which is a huge plus. After I'm finished drying, I tip over the dryer to let any water drain out into the bowl placed in front of it, which minimizes leakage when I'm moving it around. It's important to load the items with the heavy items on the bottom and gradually getting lighter as you go higher, and Corey gave me the tip that the dryer is less likely to become unbalanced if it's full. It's easy to shut it off if it starts to wobble and then redistribute the load.
The Wonder Wash and Nina Soft are truly an answer to prayer. My apartment building's laundry room is toxic from the products other tenants use and I just hated going in there. I didn't want to continue having to spend so much time miserably cleaning out the machines from the offensive smells before I could begin doing my laundry yet still have my laundry full of chemical odors. I feel free now because I can do my laundry whenever I want and if I'm ever sick or have a sprained ankle, etc., I don't have to go back and forth to the laundry room over and over and over again.
Corey was so generous with his time that it sold me on the business immediately. He said he loved it when people called and asked questions before making a purchase because then he knew they'd be happy with their choices. I thoroughly enjoyed reading Corey's story of how he started The Laundry alternative. I love seeing innovative businesses really answer needs in our world.
