Availability:

We normally ship orders within 1-2 days after receiving them. Products are normally in stock in our warehouse, and if out of stock it will be indicated on our website. Your credit card will not be charged if an item is out of stock or cannot be shipped at the time due to another reason. If you are in need of a rush order, please contact us first before ordering to make sure we can get it to you within the necessary time frame.

Warranties:

We offer a one year, all-inclusive warranty on all of our products. 

Returns:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  If you have questions about a product or are unsure it is right for you, we strongly encourage you to contact us before buying. We are more than happy to provide you with the information you need in order to make your decision. You are also responsible for properly packaging the product in its original packaging and including all product manuals, parts and accessories as well as insuring the value of the item. Should any shipping damage occur, it will be your responsibility to handle with the shipping agent. We reserve the right to adjust or deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in good condition.
