Availability:
We normally ship orders within 1-2 days after receiving them. Product is normally in stock in our warehouse, and if out of stock it will be indicated on our website. Your credit card will not be charged if an item is out of stock or cannot be shipped at the time due to another reason. If you are in need of a rush order, please contact us first before ordering to make sure we can get it to you within the necessary time frame.
Warranties:
We offer a one year, from date of purchase all-inclusive warranty on all of our products. All warranties are to be requested by the purchaser of the product. Warranty replacements will be sent to the address on file for the purchaser. If the purchaser would like it sent to a different address the purchaser may be responsible for any additional shipping charges above and beyond those covered to the original purchase address.
Returns:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products, all returns are processed on Thursday. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping costs if they refuse delivery. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges once package has been sent out. We will make every effort possible to stop orders that have not gone out yet, if the customer needs to cancel.
If you have questions about a product or are unsure it is right for you, we strongly encourage you to contact us before buying. We are more than happy to provide you with the information you need in order to make your decision. You are also responsible for properly packaging the product in its original packaging and including all product manuals, parts and accessories as well as insuring the value of the item. Should any shipping damage occur, it will be your responsibility to handle with the shipping agent. We reserve the right to adjust or deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in good condition.

Shipping:
All shipments going to Canada or International locations will also be responsible for Customs Fee's. The purchase price and shipping charges from The Laundry Alternative Inc. DO NOT include and Custom's fee's. You may incur Taxes and Duties. All fee's and charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once a package leaves our office we are not responsible if it gets lost in mailing or delayed.
Packages shipped to area's were it shows two options for shipping charges both with USPS, the first price shown (less expensive) is for parcel post the second price shown (more expensive) is for priority mail.
Packages returned due to customer being unavailable after three delivery attemps from delivery service will be responsible for original shipping charges and may incur new shipping fee's for re-shipment. If customer decides to return item after delivery failed, customer is still responsible for original shipping charges. If customer refuses delivery of package customer will still be responsible for original shipping charges.
