Corey graduated from Middlebury College in 1994 with a BA in Russian. After graduation he worked with the founders of two large import-export companies, which sparked his interest in entrepreneurship and international business. Corey developed extensive knowledge of the Internet during a stint at Lycos, Inc., which has been instrumental in growing the business online.

Corey is a laundry expert and has written numerous laundry-related articles for Readers Digest, Countryside Magazine, Back Home, 7th Generation's The Non-Toxic Times, The Dollar Stretcher, and many other print and online publications.

Corey has a passion for inventions and works with a number of small inventors. He spends much of his time working on product improvements and also is working on several new laundry inventions. 

In addition to running The Laundry Alternative, Corey has also spent several years developing a new business called The Sleep Alternative (http://www.sleep-alternative.com ) which is dedicated to unique, high-tech non-pharmaceutical sleeping solutions.
