Q.1: How long have you been in business?
We've been in business since 1998.


Q.2: Is it safe to order online?
We take security very seriously. Our website is secure, and also subscribe to the HackerSafe program which continuously monitors the website for any possible security flaws. We also do not store customer credit cards online, even for a short time (many online merchants do). All orders are reviewed by a real person as well, to make sure they are legitimate. Our website is also hosted on by a top-notch firm, not a cheap hosting company. 


Q.3: What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept  personal checks and money orders.  


Q.4: How do I know I'm dealing with a legitimate company?
We have been in business since 1998 and have grown significantly each year. Our company has been featured in many famous publications such as The New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Denver Post and many more (you can view a complete list here ). You can normally reach a live person by phone and we know the products very well. 


Q.5: What is your privacy policy?
Our privacy policy is very simple. We don't share your personal information with anybody. In fact, we don't even keep a mailing list of our own customers, much less share information with others. We feel that you know where we are and how to contact us if you want to. 


Q.6: How long would it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on where you are located and which shipping method you choose. As a result, orders could take anywhere from 1 day to a little over a week to arrive. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vermont, so the closer you are to Vermont the faster the orders will arrive. It may take up to 2 business days to ship orders out. If you urgently need your order by a certain date, please contact us before ordering to make sure the deadline can be met. Within the USA, we recommend selecting UPS if possible as the orders go out quicker and the rate is generally lower than the US Post Office. International orders are shipped via the US Post Office as it is much less expensive for international orders (i.e. customers don't have to pay a large brokerage fee). International shipping times are 4-10 business days. 


Q.7: Do you offer a money-back guarantee? Is there a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are not sure whether you want to buy, we strongly recommend that you contact us to find out whether or not the products are right for you. Returns are bad for you, us and the environment so you can be sure you'll never get any sales pressure. We offer a one-year warranty.
