Q1: How long have you been in business?

We've been in business since 1998. We've steadily grown every year, and our company has been featured in many famous publications such as The New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Denver Post and many more.

Q2: Is it safe to order online?

Q4: What is your privacy policy?

Our privacy policy is very simple. We don't share your personal information with anybody. Our main focus is to continually improve current products and develop new ones. If we ever develop any mailing lists, it would be on an opt-in basis only.

Q5: How long would it take for my order to ship?

We normally ship orders same day, from our warehouse in Nashua, New Hampshire, if received before 4pm. If received after this time, they normally ship the next day.

Q6: Do you ship International orders?

Yes, we ship international orders via the US Post Office, so that customers don't have to pay large, unexpected brokerage fees. International shipping times are 4-10 business days. We are working on expanding to Canada & Europe in the near future, to cut down on international shipping rates.

Q7: Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee from date of purchase.In order to be eligible, all products must be returned to us in good condition, with the order number clearly indicated on the box.

We find that by providing objective information on the product features, we are able to significantly increase customer satisfaction and reduce returns, which is a win-win for both of us. Lower return rates allow us to keep prices lower and reduces waste and pollution.

Q8: What is your return policy?

All returns are processed upon receipt of the returned product. Shipping costs are not refundable and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. You are also responsible for properly packaging the product in its original packaging and including all product manuals, parts and accessories as well as insuring the value of the item. Should any shipping damage occur, it will be your responsibility to handle with the shipping agent. We reserve the right to adjust or deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in good condition.
